Complaints.
We take concerns seriously. If something is not right, we want the chance to put it right.
Raising a concern
In the first instance, raise your concern with your usual MFactor contact or through our contact page. Many concerns can be resolved quickly this way.
If your concern is about the safety or welfare of a child, contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead straight away using the safeguarding contact on our safeguarding page. If a child is at immediate risk, contact the local authority's children's services or the police.
Making a formal complaint
If your concern is not resolved, you can make a formal complaint by email. Please include your name, your organisation or relationship to the provision, what happened, and what outcome you are seeking.
Please do not include identifiable pupil records in an initial complaint email; we will agree a secure way to share any necessary information.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate it fairly and respond with our findings and any actions we will take. If you remain dissatisfied, we will explain any further routes available to you, including raising the matter with the commissioning school or local authority where one is involved.
