If you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we collect your name, organisation, professional role, work email address, optional telephone number and the content of your message.

Our enquiry form asks for programme requirements only. Please do not include pupil names, dates of birth, EHCPs or other identifiable learner information in an initial enquiry.

We use enquiry information to respond to you, to discuss potential provision and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries about our education services.

Enquiries are stored privately in access-controlled systems and are visible only to authorised members of our team. We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work.

Formal referrals containing learner information are handled separately, under arrangements agreed with the commissioning school or local authority, including an agreed secure-transfer method. Learner records are never requested through this website's general enquiry form.

You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us at the email address below.
