Our provision

Flexible education. Clear direction.

Every package is built from the learner's starting point, the agreed objectives and the setting that works best for them.

Core areas

Individual provision. Meaningful progress.

1:1 Alternative Provision

Individually planned education for learners who need an alternative or additional route through education, delivered by a matched practitioner.

02

SEND-Informed Education

Provision adapted around communication, sensory, pace and environment needs, informed by the learner's profile and any EHCP outcomes.

03

SEMH & Engagement Support

Relationship-led education that rebuilds engagement gradually, increasing learning tolerance at a pace the learner can sustain.

04

EBSA Education Support

Careful, low-demand starting points for learners experiencing emotionally based school avoidance, with graded steps agreed with everyone involved.

05

GCSE & Functional Skills Support

Core academic teaching and qualification support, sequenced around the learner's academic starting point and available hours.

06

Reintegration & Transition

Structured preparation for a return to school or a move to college, training or another suitable education destination, where appropriate.

In detail

What each area may involve.

Each area sets out who it may support, what provision may include and how progress is reviewed. Suitability is always confirmed following individual assessment.

Where we deliver

Education where it works best for the learner.

Delivery setting depends on individual need, safeguarding, suitability, risk assessment and commissioning arrangements.

  • At home — Individual education in the family home where this is suitable, risk assessed and agreed with the commissioner.
  • At school — On-site provision that keeps the learner connected to their school while a different arrangement is in place.
  • Community settings — Libraries, learning centres and other appropriate venues, chosen for a calm and suitable learning environment.
  • Online where appropriate — Live online teaching where it is the most suitable route, or where it supplements face-to-face provision.

The right provision can create momentum.

Every learner has a different starting point. MFactor Education works with schools and local authorities to create structured individual education packages around each learner's needs, circumstances and next steps.
